It is a family run hotel with 23 individually designed ensuite bedrooms, all with televisions, tea and coffee facilities, many have breath-taking views overlooking the promenade and Great Orme. Close to the Theatre, conference centre, shopping, activities, walks and golf courses. It has a large car park and Free off road parking. (no meters) Bed breakfast and evening meals are available and bar to relax in.

The hotel features a large lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating, regular evening entertainment, a well stocked bar and a lovely bright dining room. All 33 bedrooms, although simply furnished, feature en suite facilities, colour tv and tea and coffee making facilities. A lift serves all floors. Please note that all of our bedrooms are non-smoking.

The rooms are individually heated and thermostatically controlled so it is up to you if you have the heating on or off whatever the time of the year. Our free car park and private guest garden garden are situated at the front of the property and have views of the magnificent Great Orme.

Our large car park is adjacent to the hotel and is hidden from the road by our high walls and mature trees.We are fortunate to be within a short walking distance to the dining area of Llandudno with its many pavement cafs and restaurants, offering a variety of traditional and foreign fare.We are just a few minutes from most attractions, i.e. beach, shops and the Great Orme, with its many delights, Haulfre Gardens, Happy Valley, Ski Slope, Cable Car and the cable-hauled tram taking you gently to the Great Orme Summit. Situated at the junction of Church Walks and Mostyn Street, it enjoys a superb position for exploring the delightful Town Centre and is close to some of the local places of interest, such as The Dry Ski Slope, The Cable Car Lift, The Great Orme Tram, The Copper Mines, Haulfre Gardens and the Great Orme itself. Lindens is a Grade ii listed building, which in the 1830's was a public house called the 'George & Dragon', it subsequently became a hotel opening for business around 1842. Today all bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and our deluxe rooms also have a bath, one of which is a corner bath. All of the rooms are individually styled and have colour televisions, complimentary tea and coffee making equipment and hairdryers.
